We are excited you will be joining us for Labor Days as a vendor.

FAQs:

  • When and where does Black Diamond Labor Days take place? Black Diamond Labor Days is an annual community event that takes place over Labor Day weekend (Sunday and Monday - September 1 & 2 are festival days with set up occurring on Saturday) in Black Diamond, Washington. The main festival grounds are located at Black Diamond Elementary School at the Ball Field

  • What are the vendor booth fees and requirements? Vendor booth fees are listed below for 10x10 ft space for the entire event. Vendors must provide their own canopies, weights for the canopies, tables, and chairs. All booths are outdoors on a hard grass surface. Food vendors have additional permitting and health department requirements.

  • How do I apply to be a vendor? Vendor applications are open now and are limited to 60 vendors. You can find the application form and details below.  Applications are accepted until spaces fill up, so we  encourage vendors to apply early.

  • What are the hours vendors need to be open? Vendors booths must be staffed and open during the following hours: Sunday 10am-4pm, Monday 10am-4pm. Set-up time starts at 8am each morning.

  • Is electricity available for vendor booths? No, if you need power for your booth you will need to provide your own small generator.

  • Will there be more businesses like mine? Once your application is submitted each applicant is reviewed - we won’t have two of the same Direct Sales companies as an example, so the first to register with payment secures the spot and the second, upon review would be notified and refunded immediately.

  • What if there are other vendors sell products or offer services similar to mine? While you and another vendor might provide home or garden decor items or art, it is the style that will make yours stand out - so yes you might have another vendor who is in the same category.

  • What products are allowed to be sold by vendors? We accept vendors selling handcrafted items, commercial products, services, packaged foods, fresh produce, and more. We do not allow the sale of uncertified food/beverage consumables, weapons, adult materials, or illegal items. All products are subject to approval during the application process.
